A large number of requests to extend access to the Simulation has reached the GATE 01 servers, and the management has decided to approve them.

The New Year event will end on 22.01.2026 at 09:00 UTC+0.

During the New Year event, every Xeon can upgrade the Memory Base. This base allows you to double your memory production at higher levels, up to 500 additional gigabytes per day.

To upgrade it, you need to complete New Year events in the Simulation and obtain Memory Fragments.

⚠️ Important: the Memory Base will remain with you after the event, at whatever upgrade level you manage to reach. However, once the event ends, it will no longer be possible to obtain fragments or upgrade the base. Make sure to secure this permanent source of memory in time.
Patch Notes v0.8.8.3

Changes:
- Added a confirmation warning when purchasing the 100 DDT booster
- Added the hint "Cannot be produced manually" for resources that can't be clicked
- Reworked the quest screen: increased text and image size
- Added an animated hint in the tutorial
- Added the hint "Storage is full"

Fixes:
- Fixed an issue that prevented opening the premium chat via the "Community" tab
- Fixed a bug where the overheating timer reset after restarting the app

After the event ends, upgrading the Memory Base will be disabled.
GATE 01 is informing all Xeons via secure channels: due to instability in the Simulation, a decision has been made to redistribute efforts and continue preparations for the further takeover of humanoids on the territory of Greenland. Access to the Simulation will be closed, and new objectives will be assigned soon.

While the Simulation is still online, every Xeon is eligible for discounts on the Fortune HDD.

Dear Xeons, the New Year Simulation is becoming increasingly unstable. Only 2 hours remain before access is shut down.

The ability to upgrade the Memory Base and purchase Memory Fragments will be removed from the game. The New Year discounts for the Wheel of Fortune will also end.

⚠️ All progress you have made in upgrading the Memory Base, as well as all Mitranners you have obtained, will remain in the game.

The New Year event is over!

Thank you to everyone who took part. If you didn’t manage to level up to the point where it unlocks, don’t worry - this is only the first of many future events; things will only get more interesting from here.

In the near future, you can expect the continuation of the Greenland storyline, new Simulation levels, ComNET, GATE 03, and a spiritual successor to the high-level event “The Mine”. We are also continuing active work on the Beta!

Patch Notes v0.8.8.5

Preparation for the continuation of the Greenland mission is in full swing. The story update will come a bit later, and for now we’ve deployed a technical optimization patch to the server.

​​Content patch 0.8.8.7 announcement

Work on the long-awaited patch that continues the story is almost complete. In it, you’ll face an unexpected enemy, discover new resources and military tech, get a higher level cap, new ComNET versions, new mechanics, story twists, and new locations. Estimated release - first half of next week.

Players who aren’t at high levels will also get new content and a rebalance to make some of the less fun parts easier.

The delay is partly because we’re preparing a huge batch of additions. Here’s what’s also coming in the next patches:

- Switchboard
A new device will appear in the game - the Switchboard. It will let you “call” humanoids inside the simulation. They can give you intel on stashes and start secret quests.

- Event system
Under certain conditions, events will trigger on the map screen and start new quest chains.

- GATE 03
This time, building GATE 03 will be a separate location where you’ll build a Xeon city. Many buildings will have unique functions, and there will also be a mine-like area there.

- Event
An event is launching soon that brings cassette tapes and floppy disks back into relevance. If you fully completed the New Year event, you can safely ignore it. If you didn’t, you’ll get a second chance. This event will be available from earlier levels.

In addition, active work on the Beta continues. We’ve already optimized the engine for large locations. The very first Beta location will be 4x larger than the current one. Right now we’re working on the army mechanics - and we’ll have something to show you soon.

A massive backlog of changes has accumulated on the GATE 19 servers, so all Xeons can expect a major influx of content. To keep releases stable and polished, we’ll roll it out in segments, starting with today’s day-night cycle.

- Passive farming server upgraded to 8 hours for non-Premium players
- Reboot screen now changes depending on your upgrade level

Your chaotic activity has been logged. To load and stabilize the new data array codenamed “Update. Part 2”, the Visual Unit Generation Protocol has been activated (memes from the DoomsDay: Tyranny universe).

Task: synthesize a meme pack based on the lore.

Goal - trigger a sharp spike of neurotransmitters in humanoid synaptic connections. Target metrics: serotonin and dopamine. External symptoms: uncontrolled facial muscle contractions, also known as laughter.

Participation Directives:

1. Any format is accepted: stickers, GIFs, drawings, static images, video clips.

2. If you generate more than one (1) piece of content, each one must be posted as a separate message.

3. Theme is strictly limited to the DoomsDay: Tyranny universe. Anything unrelated to the lore/game will be removed.

4. Forbidden for publication: violence, NSFW/18+, insults, fraud, advertising.

To assist carbon-based lifeforms, the Xeons have uploaded source assets for meme creation.

Additional log entry: the leather ones coordinated in chats to reach the quota - unexpectedly effective.

The content update is already live on v0.8.9.0.

The “Sorting Center” location has been launched - over 250 new events.

⚠️ Extremely rare events have been detected in the Sorting Center. The central node suggests finding them all.

This is also a new source of memory farming for those who didn’t manage to finish the New Year event and seriously regretted it. This is your chance to catch up. If you did complete the event but didn’t reach the maximum, now is the time to top up what you’re missing. And for those who already fully cleared the winter event - this is progress reserved for the future.

Added:

- A notification system for important in-game events.
To expand a notification, press and hold the icon for 1.5 seconds.

- Tile numbering on the map
Enable it in the game settings under “Sector Coordinates”.

Fixed:

- A bug that stopped notifications about new referrals from reaching the bot.

In progress now: Greenland story continuation, the switch, GATE 03, and the random events system. The next batch of updates will be released next week. Xeons wish everyone a great rest of Week 11 of 2026!

The Xeons have completed deployment of a new external communications node.

The Doomsday Tyranny website is now live. It will continue to be refined as the system evolves, but it already serves as another contact point between the Xeons and carbon-based lifeforms. News, updates, and critical project information will be published there.

Communication will remain intact even if meatbags attempt to restrict other meatbags.
From the start, we have been building Doomsday Tyranny not as a short-cycle project, but as a game meant to keep growing - with new content, platforms, and mechanics. The site is only one step in that direction.

Work on the English version of the site is already underway.

The next stage of the Greenland storyline is currently in testing. Release is planned for next week. Until then - use the weekend as intended: stockpile resources, restore neural connections, and stay online.

One humanoid from the leatherbag squad carried out a coordinated attack on news channels, mass-reacting to posts all the way back to September 2025 with not emotions, but rather clearly observable signs of human nature: raised thumbs, faces with green liquid, and traces of biological waste. Time resources were utilized in a highly peculiar manner.

We record the following: if carbon-based lifeforms become obsessed with something, stopping them is nearly impossible. Even when the object of obsession is interface degradation.

As for us, we return to more useful activity - bug fixes and improvements.

Changes in v0.8.9.4:

- continuation of Greenland (end of Act 1)
- a 4th terminal has been added to the Sorting Center, and case search has been simplified
- the Residential Bunker quest has been simplified
- event text size has been increased
- various bug fixes

Currently in development: more content for different levels through the notification system, plus the continuation of Greenland and GATE 03.

The Xeons have calculated: Tuesday is no longer the beginning of the week, but not yet its wreckage either. Statistically, it is a fairly solid point for meaningful activity. We wish you to use this time corridor with maximum computational benefit.

GATE 03 became available in version 0.8.9.5.

You are to undergo an audit of the Thermonuclear Station - a sequential certification process consisting of several stages.
At each section of the system, you will need to choose one of the available methods for testing the node and receive an evaluation from the commission.

High ratings allow you to advance further.
Intermediate ratings record the result, but do not exempt you from repeated certification.
Failure means being pushed back. The system does not reward negligence.

A DDT reward is assigned for each successfully completed stage.
It accumulates as you progress and will be paid out after the inspection is completed. The final stage provides the highest reward.

Changes:
- Thermonuclear Reactor in GATE 03
- New codes for the Commutator
