Here are some things you might find interesting. Medieval bakers knew a method of making bread last longer than our modern white bread.Through years of trial and error they discovered a rough combination of 60% wheat and 40% rye created a loaf that lasted up to a week without spoiling. The left over dough was made into hardtack or slightly sweetened hard biscuits for traveling. Honey, currants, powdered coriander, cinnamon and nutmeg (or a small amount of sugar) were used to create what J. R. R. Tolkien called Way Bread or Limbas in the old Elvish language. When shaped into a bowl and baked it turned into a trencher. This could hold stews, porridge, and soup. The bread did not fall apart but helped thicken the soup and soaked up the flavor to munch on after the main course. You can find recipes and instructions on how to bake this on YouTube.

We are deep inside the PSYOP taking place from both sides. For me, I'm staying in my own lane. Go to work and get my work done and then get my butt home. Stay prayed up. Maintain readiness within my home and property.
