10lb chicken qtrs and thighs where I'm located dropped 9.99 to 6.99. Eggs for 30 pack is 24. Peaked at 29 when eggs were highest. But still $24, really high. Milk is still 2/3$ for pasteurized. Sour cream and other dairy products I've noticed steady increases. My "local" farmers strawberries are $30 for 1 gallon now. $10 increase from last year. They claim fertilizers and plastics cost increased 40% from tariffs. Just some local things I've noticed. All in all everything has increased a steady 5%+ past month or so. *Except chicken quarters and thighs.* also raw milk raised $1

Look for recipes from depression era cookbooks. They can give you a good idea of what was in short supply and also how they made substitutions.
