After Doc is elected, large investment firms like BlackRock, Blackstone, Vanguard, et al. will be targeted under Texas antitrust laws for their monopolistic practices in the Texas housing market. They will be banned from purchasing single-family homes and single-family rental developments. Whatever ill-gotten properties they still hold, they will be required to divest at the fair market value of their original purchase price.
