Selling TOS 👾

• Once the Handle informations are released i‘m no longer responsible for anything.

• Once the Payment has confirmed all sales are final.

• Trusted Middleman’s are always accepted at the buyer’s expense.


Info: These terms apply whether we’re dealing through a Middleman or you’re going first!

PROXY TOS 👾

• If you sell the username, I must be informed immediately, so I can take it off my list.

• I will not proxy usernames that are obtained illegitimately (scammed/stolen).

• I remain the right to refuse dealing with anybody without having to disclose the reason.

• I will not proxy banned/disabled accounts. You can come back to me if & once it is unbanned.

• I will not proxy overpriced usernames, I only proxy reasonably priced or easy-to-sell usernames.

• I don't want to go through chains of proxy sellers, you must be the direct owner of the account, I will ask for proof of ownership.

• Once you give me a price, you are not allowed to raise it, especially if I am approaching a sale. You may however reduce the BIN to help sell your handle quicker.

• I only deal via crypto currency. You will receive the funds in the crypto I am paid with, regardless if it's a major crypto or not. You can perform an exchange afterwards if you wish, I can assist.

• During the deal I simply act as a broker/middleman. I can not be held responsible for anything before, during, or after the deal.

Proxy Fee:

• You will give me a BIN price. I take 3% cut of the BIN, you will receive 97% of the BIN.

• I will keep you updated with any offers I receive, if you decide to sell for an offer I got, I will still keep 3% of that offer, and you receive 97%.

• I am free to add whatever on top of the BIN if i feel that I am able to sell for more, this addition will also be kept for me and is NOT related to the 97% you receive. (For example: your bin is $1,000, I sell for $2,000, you will receive $970 not $1,940).

Crypto Exchange TOS 👾

Fee Policy:
Fees start at 0.5% and may vary slightly. Any pair that includes Monero (XMR) has a fee of 2%.

Digital Asset Risks:
Crypto carries volatility and possible transaction delays, failures, or smart-contract problems. By using my Exchange service, you agree to these risks.

Prohibited Use:
Illegal or sanctioned actions are not allowed. Features and services can change or be discontinued at any time without warning.
