تدعوكم منظمة جسور التنمية بحرارة للمشاركة في دورة تدريبية حول أساسيات الاستجابة الإنسانية في مدينة حماة. هذا التدريب هو جزء من مشروع الجيل الجديد من الشباب وسيغطي المواضيع التالية:

فهم المنظمات غير الحكومية، والمنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية، والوكالات الأخرى المعنية بالاستجابة الإنسانية.
دورة الاستجابة الإنسانية، بما في ذلك أدوار مختلف الجهات الفاعلة والمساهمين.
المعايير والمبادئ التي توجه الاستجابة الإنسانية.
السياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة.
إجراء تقييمات الاحتياجات واستهداف المجتمعات.
التفاعل بفعالية مع احتياجات المجتمع.

يستهدف هذا التدريب الشباب السوري (ذكوراً وإناثاً) الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 18 و30 عامًا، بغض النظر عما إذا كانوا قد أكملوا دراستهم الجامعية. كما نرحب بالمتطوعين وموظفي المنظمات غير الحكومية المحلية المعنية بالجهود الإنسانية في مدينة حماة والمهتمين بالمساهمة في احتياجات المجتمع.

Invitation to Training on the Fundamentals of Humanitarian Response in Hama City

The Development Bridges Organization warmly invites you to participate in a training course on the Fundamentals of Humanitarian Response in Hama City. This training is part of the New Youth Generation project and will cover the following topics:

Understanding NGOs, INGOs, and other agencies involved in humanitarian response.
The humanitarian response cycle, including the roles of various actors and stakeholders.
Standards and principles guiding humanitarian response.
Relevant policies and procedures.
Conducting needs assessments and targeting communities.
Engaging effectively with community needs.
Preparing teams for humanitarian response.
This training is aimed at Syrian youth (both male and female) aged 18 to 30, regardless of whether they have completed their university degree. We also welcome volunteers and staff from local NGOs engaged in humanitarian efforts in Hama City who are interested in contributing to community needs.
