بهدف تحسين حياة النساء الاشد حاجة (الأسر التي تقودها امرأة) تعلن #منظمة_أمل_للإغاثة_والتنمية عن إطلاق مشروعها الجديد #دعم الأسر التي ترأسها امرأة من خلال الفرص المدرة للدخل لتحسين الظروف المعيشية في منطقة #كفرتخاريم التابعة لمدينة ادلب لمساعدة النساء الاكثر حاجة في تأسيس اعمالهن التجارية الخاصة بهن.
حيث سيتم دعم ٥٤ امرأة من خلال تأسيس ١٨ فرن منتج للخبز اليدوي ودعمهن بكافة الادوات والمعدات اللازمة لعملية الانتاج، ستعمل كل مجموعة مؤلفة من ثلاثة نساء على انتاج ٥٠ ربطة خبز يوميا لمدة ثلاثة أشهر متواصلة.
ولضمان استدامة المشروع ستعمل منظمة امل على انشاء لجنة من النساء وتدريبها على آليات التسويق لاستلام زمام المبادرة في حال انتهاء المشروع.

With the aim of improving the lives of the most needy women (Household headed by a woman) #Amal Organization for Relief and Development announces the launch of its new project #Supporting families headed by a woman through income-generating opportunities to improve living conditions in the Kafr Takharim/Idlib to help women most in need to establish their own businesses
Where 54 women will be supported by establishing 18 manual baking ovens and supporting them with all materials and equipment needed for the production process, each group of three women will produce 50 bags of bread per day for three continuous months
To ensure the sustainability of the project, Amal will work to establish a committee of women and train them in marketing mechanisms to lead work after the end of the project
