تدعوك منظمة سِكَك للمشاركة في برنامج تدريبي متكامل ومتخصص، يأتي في إطار مشروع تعزيز الحوكمة المحلية والمشاركة المدنية في سوريا. يهدف البرنامج إلى تمكين ناشطي ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والمبادرات الشبابية ولجان الأحياء من أدوات ومهارات المشاركة الفعّالة في الحوكمة المحلية، والتأثير في القرارات التي تمسّ حياة مجتمعاتهم مباشرة.
يأتي هذا البرنامج في مرحلة بالغة الأهمية، حيث تشهد سوريا تحولات جوهرية في بنية الحوكمة المحلية عقب ديسمبر 2024، مما يفتح آفاقاً جديدة أمام المجتمع المدني للمشاركة في رسم ملامح المرحلة القادمة. ونؤمن في سِكَك أن هذه المرحلة تتطلب كوادر مدنية مؤهلة، قادرة على التعامل مع الإدارات المحلية بشكل بنّاء وفعّال، وعلى تحويل تحديات مجتمعاتها إلى مبادرات تغيير حقيقية.

Invitation to Participate in the Capacity Building Program "Strengthening Civil Society Engagement in Local Governance"
Are you active in civil society? Do you want a real role in local decision-making? Are you looking for practical tools to create change in your community? Do you believe that change starts from within the community?
If your answer is yes, this program is for you.
SYCAC invites you to participate in a comprehensive and specialized training program, developed within the framework of the Local Governance and Civic Participation project in Syria. The program aims to equip civil society activists, organizations, youth initiatives, and neighborhood committees with the tools and skills needed for effective participation in local governance and influence over decisions that directly affect their communities.
This program comes at a critical moment, as Syria is witnessing fundamental shifts in local governance structures following December 2024, opening new horizons for civil society to help shape the next phase. At SYCAC, we believe this moment calls for qualified civic actors who can engage constructively with local administrations and transform their communities' challenges into real change initiatives.
