A high-frequency trading firm in Dubai is seeking a Trading Operations Engineer to ensure seamless operation of trading systems, optimize low-latency performance, and automate workflows. This role involves close collaboration with traders and developers to address complex challenges
The position includes shift work and on-call duty.

If you have leadership experience, there is also an open position for a Senior/Lead Trading Operations Engineer.

Requirements:
— 3-5 years in IT/software engineering
— Strong Python skills for automation
— Proficiency in Linux, networking, shell scripting
— Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
— Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
— Strong teamwork, communication, and B2+ English
Bonus Skills:
— Ansible, AWS, Kubernetes
— Experience in high-frequency trading or latency-sensitive systems
— Incident management familiarity
