As part of our rebrand from Binary.com to Deriv.com, we’ll be updating our logo, company, and server names on MT5 on Monday, 22 June 2020 at 7:00 GMT.

This process may take up to 2 hours to complete, during which deposits, withdrawals, and trading on real and demo accounts will be unavailable. Please check your open positions and modify them, if needed, as you may not be able to modify or close them during the downtime.

What you’ll see after the rebranding

You’ll see our new logo when you download our MT5 apps.

Our server names will be changed:

From Binary.com-Server toDeriv-Server for real accountsFrom Binary.com-Demo toDeriv-Demo for demo accounts

Our company name will be changed from Binary Limited to Deriv Limited.

What desktop users need to do

You’ll just need to log in to your MT5 trading account as usual, and you’ll see the changes in our company and server names.

To start using our newly branded MT5 desktop app, follow these steps:

Download and install the Deriv MT5 desktop app.
Log in to your MT5 trading account. You will see the new company and server names.

What mobile users need to do

Follow these steps to update the server names on your mobile if you do not see the new company and server names after the rebranding:

From the main menu, tap on ‘About’. For iOS users, tap on ‘Settings’ followed by ‘About’.

 
Press and hold the MT5 logo until your device vibrates.


Allow a few seconds for the list of servers to refresh. You’ll be able to see the changes in your journal, too.


Search for Deriv, choose the relevant server, and log in to your account.
