A new multi‑state research collaboration is advancing Waste‑to‑Energy innovation to strengthen Defence operations across northern Australia. The Northern Australia Defence Project is the first national initiative under the Australian Defence Science and University Network (ADSUN).

Led by @QDSAlliance and the @DSC_WA, the project brings together researchers from six universities across 📍 Queensland, the Northern Territory and Western Australia. Together, they’ll transform operational waste into usable energy, supporting Defence's clean energy and Net Zero priorities, and enabling more sustainable operations in remote and challenging environments.
