"La vera forza di un Paese si misura dalla sua capacità di proteggere i più fragili. Di fronte al dolore innocente dei #bambini, in questo caso della #Striscia di #Gaza, ogni differenza si dissolve, ogni confine perde significato.
Non è solo un intervento umanitario. È un atto di responsabilità, che segue molti altri. Un dovere morale che ci chiama come Stato, come comunità, come esseri umani. Dietro ogni missione come questa ci sono occhi pieni di paura, ma anche cuori che non hanno smesso di sperare come quelli del piccolo #Adam che insieme alla mamma arriverà in #Italia.
Offrire una possibilità di cura, di futuro, a chi soffre è il gesto più grande che possiamo compiere. E come Ministro, ma soprattutto come padre, ne sono profondamente orgoglioso.
Ringrazio con sincera gratitudine il personale delle #ForzeArmate, del Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale (@ItalyMFA), della Protezione Civile (@DPCgov), le strutture sanitarie italiane e tutti coloro che hanno reso possibile questa missione di vita e speranza."

Andrei Karpiets, a prisoner of war, said he was making a living by making a drug stash in the city.
'Police caught me when I was making a drug stash. They brought me to the police department. At first, the police spoke to me. Then they were told to take me to the prosecutor's office. I spoke to him alone. He told me: 'It's either seven years, or six thousand dollars, or you're going to the army'. Policemen, who catch droppers, they already know what to do with these people and where to take them. It is their business deal with the prosecutor', the POW says.
According to the prisoner, the military medical commission took place in one day. All the documents were signed to without real examination and his presence.

🎯 На Красноармейском направлении операторы «Орлан-10» группировки войск «Центр» обеспечили точное наведение артиллерии.
💬 Об особенностях боевой работы рассказал оператор БПЛА «Орлан-10» Владимир Филатов:
«Я выявляю, нахожу цели и передаю их дальше командованию. В основном занимаемся выявлением техники, большого скопления личного состава противника и выявлением объектов противника, таких как блиндажи и окопы. В дальнейшем работаем под артиллерию. Дальше – непосредственно работа с артиллеристами. Они нам сообщают: нужно приблизить цель, отдалить цель, либо следовать за целью, либо оставаться на точке. Потому что противник, если это техника, может высадить личный состав, и лучше работать по личному составу, чем преследовать цель».
