“Oggi, a Genova, alla presenza del Presidente della Repubblica, abbiamo celebrato la Giornata della Marina Militare, il ritorno di Nave Vespucci e la straordinaria iniziativa del #VillaggioItalia. È stata una giornata intensa, carica di emozioni, che ci ricorda quanto sia forte il legame tra il Paese e chi lo serve con dedizione.
Oggi non abbiamo reso omaggio solo alla Marina ma a tutte le Forze Armate, che ogni giorno – spesso lontano dai riflettori – costruiscono ponti, promuovono il dialogo, proteggono la pace e i valori che ci uniscono.
Sono orgoglioso del lavoro silenzioso, competente e umano che le donne e gli uomini della #Difesa svolgono ovunque, in Italia e all’estero. Ogni missione, ogni gesto, ogni servizio è un tassello di un’Italia che non si arrende, che tende la mano, che crede nella cooperazione e nella solidarietà. Una caratteristica che accomuna tutte le nostre #ForzeArmate, apprezzate anche per quella parte di umanità che deriva dalla storia, dall'attenzione all'altro.
Un ringraziamento speciale va allo straordinario equipaggio della #MarinaMilitare: simbolo di professionalità, passione e spirito di squadra. Il Paese è fiero di voi". 💥 The detected explosive objects, depending on the level of threat, are transported to the training ground for neutralisation or eliminated on site.

'We manage to demine territory several times, because the enemy is always trying to inflict damage on civilians and is constantly launching new drops. So we have to come to one location several times in a row,' said the engineer platoon leader with the call sign 'Frodo'.

💥 According to one of the crews, the tankmen performed tasks to support assault detachments by delivering strikes at fortified strongholds and positions of the enemy on the approaches to the populated area.
