The press conference on the mid-air collision at Ronald Reagan Washington national Airport has been delayed until 12:30 p.m. EST.

A police official has told CBS that there are three separate debris fields in the Potomac River after the mid-air collision between a U.S. Army H-60 helicopter and a PSA airlines CRJ-700. No survivors have been found as of yet.

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has said that a go-team is now being sent to the scene of the mid-air collision between the PSA Airlines Bombardier CRJ-700 and a U.S. Army H-60 helicopter at Reagan Washington National Airport.

D.C. Fire and EMS Chief John Donnelly has said that over 300 first responders are now operating under a “unified command” from multiple agencies and departments, including the U.S. Coast Guard, to respond to the scene of the mid-air collision at Reagan Washington National Airport.

UPDATE: Airport Officials have now stated that the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport will remain closed until at least 11:00am on Thursday, it’s not known if this is a change from the FAA’s Statement earlier, which stated the Airport would be closed till at least 5:00am on Friday.
