Trump, in which he threatened to cut any and all Financial Aid to Afghanistan, if the Taliban did not return the $7 Billion in American Aircraft, Air-to-Surface Missiles, Vehicles, and other Equipment left behind during the 2021 Withdrawal from Afghanistan.
