18 States, led by a Coalition of Democratic Attorney Generals, filled a Lawsuit today against the Trump Administration, in an attempt to stop an Executive Order signed yesterday by President Donald J. Trump which seeks to end Birthright Citizenship, something which had previously been protected under the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

The States involved in the Lawsuit include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Vermont. and Wisconsin. The American Civil Liberties Union and several other Advocacy Groups have also filed their own Lawsuit against the Executive Order.

President Donald J. The Israel Security Agency (ISA), Shin Bet has stated that the Moroccan National who carried out tonight’s Stabbing Attack in Tel-Aviv, was questioned when he entered the Country from Ben Gurion International Airport on January 18th, but following an Interrogation and several additional Tests he was determined not to be a Threat. The ISA states that the Case will be investigated, to determine any Failures.

U.S. President Donald J. Trump tonight has issued a Full Pardon to Ross Ulbricht, the Creator of the “Silk Road” Marketplace on the Dark Web, which sold everything from Drugs and Gun, to Forged Documents and Stolen Credit Card Information from 2011 to 2013. Ulbricht was arrested by the FBI in October of 2013, on several Federal Charges related to the Black Markey Site, before eventually being sentenced to Life Imprisonment for the creation and operation of “Silk Road.”

One of the 78 Executive Order signed by President Joe Biden, that was repealed yesterday by President Donald Trump following his Inauguration, was an Order which allowed Transgender Servicemembers to remain in the U.S. Military. The Action by President Trump will not immediately effect the 9,000-14,000 Transgenders currently serving in all Branches of the Armed Forces, but it is expected he will soon issue a New Ban, requiring them to be Medically Discharged from the Military.

In a Statement released earlier today by the Acting Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard, Admiral Kevin Lunday, he states that following yesterday’s Executive Orders signed President Donald J. Trump, he has directed Operational Commanders to immediately surge Cutters, Aircraft, Boats, and Specialized Forces to several Key Areas along the U.S. Maritime Border. These Areas include between Florida, Haiti, and Cuba; the Maritime Border around Alaska, Hawaii, and all other U.S. Territories; the Maritime Border between Florida and the Bahamas; the Maritime Border between the U.S. and Mexico in the Pacific; the Maritime Border between Texas and Mexico in the Gulf of America; and finally along the Rio Grande River on the Border between the U.S. and Mexico.
