President Donald J. Trump has just signed an Executive Order delaying the Ban of the Chinese-Owned Social Media App, TikTok; though it is not known if this Order will hold up in Court, as the Ban already went into effect on January 19th at Midnight.

While speaking in the Oval Office, President Donald J. Trump stated that he hopes Saudi Arabia will soon join the Abraham Accords, possibly in 2025, while also stating that he is “Not Confident” in the Ceasefire between Israel and Hamas in Gaza.

Two Americans held in Taliban-Controlled Afghanistan since at least 2021, 42-Year-Old Ryan Corbett and 69-Year-Old William Wallace McKenty, were released today in exchange for Khan Mohammed, an Afghan National who was convicted by a U.S. Federal Court in 2008 of several Charges related to Terrorism and Narco-Terrorism. The Deal was negotiated by the Former Biden Administration in coordination with the Trump Administration, who stated that they would not have made the same Deal, but that they were glad the Two Americans were coming Home.

In his First Post to Truth Social since taking Office on Monday, President Donald J. Trump announces the removal of 4 Individuals from their Positions appointed by Former President Biden, they include Jose Andre, Mark Milley, Brian Hook, and Keisha Lance Bottoms. In addition, Trump says that his Presidential Personnel Office is in the process of identifying and removing over a Thousand other Presidential Appointees made by the Biden Administration.

The Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard, Admiral Linda Fagan has been removed from her Position by the Department of Homeland Security, citing both “Leadership Deficiency” and “Operational Failures” during her time as Commandant. DHS Officials further citied her Failure to address Border Security Threats and Excessive Focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Policies, as reasons for her removal; as well as her “Mishandling” of Operation Fouled Anchor, an Internal Coast Guard Investigation into Hundreds of Rape and Assault Allegations in the Service between the 1980s and 2006.

18 States, led by a Coalition of Democratic Attorney Generals, filled a Lawsuit today against the Trump Administration, in an attempt to stop an Executive Order signed yesterday by President Donald J. Trump which seeks to end Birthright Citizenship, something which had previously been protected under the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

The States involved in the Lawsuit include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Vermont. and Wisconsin. The American Civil Liberties Union and several other Advocacy Groups have also filed their own Lawsuit against the Executive Order.
