Noticeable uptempo in strikes across Iran now, following the start of the 11th consecutive wave of U.S. strikes against Iran. Active air defenses and AA fire is now visible over the capital city of Tehran.

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) has announced the completion of the 11th consecutive night of strikes as of 8 p.m. ET.

The strikes targeted Iranian military operations centers, maritime capabilities, aircraft hangars, drone storage facilities, and military logistics infrastructure to further degrade Iran's ability to threaten commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.

U.S. Central Command has identified the soldier it had previously reported as missing as Sgt. Angel S. Rampersad, 28, of Ozone Park, New York, who is now believed to have been killed in action on July 17, 2026, during an Iranian attack at Muwaffaq Salti Air Base, Jordan.

Sgt. Rampersad was assigned to 1st Battalion, 57th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, 52nd Air Defense Artillery Brigade, 10th Army Air & Missile Defense Command, Ansbach, Germany.

Sirens are sounding in Bahrain amid another incoming Iranian attack.

President Donald J. Trump has announced via Truth Social that "any time the Islamic Republic of Iran shoots at a ship in the Strait of Hormuz..the United States will bomb and destroy ONE BRIDGE OR POWER PLANT..."

A Russian Balzam-class vessel, RFS Pribaltica, was detected by Japan transiting between the Japanese and Russian islands of Hokkaido and Sakalin, according to the Japanese Ministry of Defense. Japan dispatched a vessel to monitor the transit. This follows joint Chinese-Russian naval exercises that recently took place within Japan’s Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) as Sino-Russian naval cooperation in the Western Pacific theater of competition continues to increase.

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) has released imagery of U.S. Navy sailors aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Michael Murphy (DDG 112) monitoring the ongoing naval blockade of Iran from the Arabian Sea.

Since resuming the blockade, U.S. forces have redirected nine commercial vessels away from Iranian ports and disabled one noncompliant vessel.

The 12th consecutive round of U.S. strikes are likely underway, amidst reports of explosions in a number of locations in Southern Iran, including locations in Khuzestan Province (Ahvaz and Ramshir), Sirik, and other areas adjacent to the Strait of Hormuz.

According to the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) Centre and Iranian news outlets, a vessel 70nm west of Al-Shuqaiq, Saudi Arabia was struck by an unknown projectile and is currently on fire. This comes following the Yemeni Houthis’ pledge to blockade vessels traveling to and from Saudi ports via the strategic maritime choke point of the Bab al-Mandeb Strait, after tensions between the nominal holders of power in Sanaa and Riyadh turned kinetic in the past few weeks.

Following reports that the Yemeni Houthis struck a Saudi tanker 70nm west of Al-Shuqaiq, Saudi Arabia, the Houthi military spokesperson has said that they in fact struck two tankers with missiles and drones, LAYLA and ENCELIA, for violating he Houthis’ self-imposed blockade of vessels traveling to and from Saudi ports.

Kuwaiti Air Defenses are currently responding to hostile drone threats, likely from Iran. The Kuwaiti Army advises the public to adhere to safety and security instructions issued by relevant authorities.
