The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that children born in the United States to parents who are unlawfully or temporarily present are U.S. citizens at birth under the Fourteenth Amendment, striking down President Trump's executive order restricting birthright citizenship as unconstitutional.

A federal judge has again ruled against the Pentagon in its dispute with The New York Times over media access.

After the court previously struck down restrictions on Pentagon press credentials, the Defense Department imposed a new policy requiring reporters to be escorted at all times. The U.S. Marine Corps announced Monday that 21-year-old Lance Cpl.
