Additionally, per the report, despite Iranian claims to the contrary, technical talks are set to take place between the U.S. and Iran this upcoming Wednesday, as Iran continues to signal, likely for PR reasons, that no talks are scheduled.

Earlier today, an explosion occurred on the Rue Révérend-Père-Louis-Folla in Monaco after a suspect placed a backpack at the base of a building and it subsequently detonated. The proposal stems from National Security Presidential Memorandum 7 (NSPM-7), which directs intelligence agencies to better identify, integrate, and share information on national security threat actors.

The proposal has reportedly faced resistance from the FBI and CIA. Critics warn that concentrating the identities of covert targets and potential assets in a single repository could create an unprecedented counterintelligence risk if compromised or improperly accessed.
