Hezbollah Rocket Fire against Communities in Northern Israel.

The Israel Defense Force has announced the beginning of a Ground Operation against Hezbollah in Southern Lebanon.

Stating that several hours ago, Israeli Forces began “Limited, Localized, and Targeted” Raids against Hezbollah Terror Targets in the Border Area of Southern Lebanon. The Israeli Air Force and Artillery are supporting the Ground Forces with Precise-Strikes on Military Targets in the Area. The IDF is continuing to operate to achieve the Goals of the War and is doing everything necessary to Defend the Citizens of Israel and Return the Citizens of Northern Israel to their Homes.

The way the Statement from the Israeli Defense Force was worded, this appears to be exactly what U.S. Officials were saying it would be, a Limited Operation. There likely won’t be any Goal yet of Territory Control or Capture, with it possible that Israeli Forces will have already Withdrawn by Tuesday Morning.

Though this is likely only a Prelude to Future Major Operations against Hezbollah in Southern Lebanon, possibly up to the Litani River.

UPDATE: The Israel Defense Force confirms that the Air Force conducted a Successful Interception of a Drone earlier Dozens of Kilometers off the Coast of Tel Aviv in Central Israel.

Syrian State Media is claiming that Air Defenses engaged at least Three Waves of Israeli Airstrikes tonight on the Capital of Damascus.

Reports of an Israeli Assassination Strike on the Ain al-Hilweh Refugee Camp in Western Lebanon, near the City of Sidon; with several Casualties at the Site of the Airstrike.

The Strike on the Ain al-Hilweh Refugee Camp in Western Lebanon is reported to have Targeted the Home of Munir Al-Maqdah, the Senior Leader of Fatah in Lebanon. With him claimed to have Survived.

Reports now from Syria that the Syrian State TV Host, Safaa Ahmed was Killed in the City of Damascus by an Israeli Airstrike; it is Unknown if she was with anyone else, but the Strike occurred near the Iranian Embassy.

“The Israeli Bombing of Mezzeh in Damascus targeted a meeting of Military Leaders between Hezbollah and the Iranian Revolutionary Guards.”

According to U.S. Officials; tonight’s Rocket Attack in Iraq by Iranian-Backed Militias was attempting to Target the State Department’s Diplomatic Support Center near Camp Victory at Baghdad International Airport. Several Rockets were Intercepted by the Base’s Counter-Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar or “C-RAM” System, while others fell within the Airport and the Perimeter of the Camp; with the Attack resulting in No American Casualties.

I’d hope that Iranian-Backed Militias will get Hit Hard for this Attack, though right now I don’t know if they will.

U.S. Minister of Defense Lloyd Austin spoke earlier with Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, to discuss Security Development as well as Updates regarding the Israeli Ground Operation in Southern Lebanon; with them Agreeing for the needs of an Operation to Dismantle any Attack Infrastructure near the Israel-Lebanese Border, to insure that Hezbollah is never able to launch an October 7th-Style Massacre against Northern Israel. Secretary Austin also reiterate the “Serious Consequences” that Iran would face if it decides to launch a Direct Attack against Israel.
