Following reports that the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office had sent an indictment to courts over Israel’s blockage of a flotilla to the Gaza Strip last year, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu lashed out at the leader of the Anatolian nation, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, lambasting Turkey’s treatment of Kurdish people within its borders and accusing the nation of supporting the Islamic regime in Iran.

The Kuwaiti Ministry of the Interior has said that they foiled a terror financing plot involving 24 apprehended Kuwaiti citizens and 8 still abroad to fund terrorist entities and launder money for the furtherance of this effort. U.S. Vice President JD Vance has said that no deal was made during the 21+ hours of negotiations, saying “we could just not get to a situation where the Iranians were willing to accept our terms.” He restated that the Iranians were unwilling to shift left or right on key U.S. demands, including their nuclear program.

U.S. Vice President JD Vance said that “We leave here with a very simple proposal. A method of understanding that is our final and best offer.” It now appears that the talks have concluded after failing to merit any form of U.S.-Iranian convergence on positions.

Despite direct support from U.S. Vice President JD Vance and the Trump Administration, almost all polls show Viktor Orbán significantly losing his upcoming bid for Prime Minister of Hungary, with traders on Polymarket pitting his chances at less than 30%.

According to data from MarineTraffic overnight, there appears to have been an uptick in traffic through the Strait of Hormuz in the last 36 hours, with at least 10 ships transiting and 7 more in progress.

After two previous attempts over the previous several hours, the Pakistani-flagged crude oil tanker "Shalamar" appears to be proceeded inbound to the Persian Gulf through the Strait of Hormuz.
