Commodore Alireza Tangsiri, the Commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy (IRGCN), has said in a statement following this morning’s Israeli strikes against energy infrastructure in Southern Iran:

“With the target bank updated, oil facilities associated with America are now on par with American bases and will come under fire with full force.”

Tangsiri advised all citizens and workers to avoid these facilities across the Middle East, with this statement as well as earlier evacuation warnings by the IRGC suggesting imminent strikes by Iran against oil and gas facilities in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates.

U.S. President Donald J. Trump has issued a 60-day waiver temporarily suspending the Jones Act, a longstanding shipping law that requires the transport of goods between American ports to be conducted by American-flagged vessels, with the waiver allowing vital resources like oil, natural gas, fertilizer, and coal to flow freely into the United States for two months, in an attempt by the White House to stabilize oil markets amid the Iran War.

Shelter-in-place has been ordered due to a threat made against MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, which houses the Headquarters of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM).

Bloomberg reports that multiple oil and gas facilities in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates have been evacuated so far today, following Israel’s strikes this morning against several energy sites in Southern Iran and threats made by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) against U.S. linked oil and gas sites around the Gulf Region.

U.S. President Donald J. Trump hasn't made up his mind yet on whether he wants to send American special forces into Iran and seize the country's nuclear material, which would be a very dangerous operation, with him telling people close to him in private conversations: “I have a lot of decisions to make,” sources familiar with the matter told CBS News.

The Saudi Ministry of Defense said that air defense is dealing with an Iranian ballistic missile threat over the capital of Riyadh.

According to Israeli officials who spoke to Axios, this morning’s strikes by the Israeli Air Force against a natural gas processing plant in Southern Iran was coordinated with and approved by the Trump Administration, despite President Trump having previously objected to Israeli strikes against oil depots and other energy infrastructure in Tehran. It is not known if these strikes were also coordinated with other nations in the Middle East, like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates, who’s oil and gas facilities will likely suffered the most from potential retaliation for the attack by Iran.

While testifying today in front of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard contradicted claims made by Israel and the Trump Administration both prior and since the launch of strike operations against Iran, stating that Iran’s nuclear enrichment program had been “obliterated” in last year’s Operation Midnight Hammer and that the intelligence community assessed there has been no attempts to resume enrichment activity by Tehran. Gabbard further states that it is not the job of the intelligence community to determine what is and isn’t an “imminent threat,” but instead the job of the President.

Video footage appears to show a large explosion from an Iranian ballistic missile impact and several fires burning tonight across the Saudi capital of Riyadh, likely part of Iran’s retaliation for Wednesday’s strikes on gas infrastructure by Israel.
