The Saudi Ministry of Defense reports the interception and destruction of 8 one-way attack drones launched by Iran.

Speaking during a luncheon this morning for the Board of the Kennedy Center, President Trump says that he knew Iran was going to use the Strait of Hormuz as a “weapon,” while also stating that he predicted 9/11.

According to a post from President Donald J. Trump on TruthSocial, White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles has been diagnosed with early stage breast cancer. Per the President, her current prognosis is “excellent.”

President Trump: “Over the years they've gotten used to the fact that it's being bombed. But they explained to me that it's really a different section of Lebanon. It's a section where Hezbollah is. And they get used to it, I guess. I don't know. I mean, people live in Ukraine. You would think they wouldn't live in Ukraine, but they live in Ukraine. I don't know that I'd do that, but they live in Ukraine. They live in Lebanon. Hezbollah is a big problem, and they're rapidly being eliminated.”

Speaking to reporters earlier in the Oval Office, U.S. President Donald J. Trump said that talks are ongoing with the Cuban Government and that he believes he will have the honor of “taking Cuba” in the future, stating:

“I think Cuba, I don't know, in its own way, if you know, tourism and everything else, it's a beautiful island, great weather. They're not in a hurricane zone, which is nice for a change, you know. They won't be asking us for money for hurricanes every week. But I think Cuba's seeing the end. You know, all my life I've been hearing about the United States and Cuba. When will the United States do it? I do believe I'll have the honor of taking Cuba. That'd be good. That's a big honor. Taking Cuba. In some form, yeah. Taking Cuba. I mean, whether I free it, take it, I think I can do anything I want with it. You want to know the truth? They're a very weakened nation right now. They were for a long time. Very violent, very violent leaders.”

Bush, Barack Obama and Joe Biden, have issued statements to CNN, saying there is no record of any communications between them and President Trump.

According to PBS NewsHour, President Trump has confirmed that his China trip later this month and meeting with President Xi Jinping will likely be delayed due to the conflict with Iran, stating: “I'd love to go, but I have to be here because of the war.” Adding that the trip is expected to be delayed into late April.

Following reports of at least two drone impacts at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq, smoke can be seen rising from the embassy campus. Additional reports also indicate that the drones impacted despite the emplaced counter rocket, artillery, and mortar (C-RAM) system’s active efforts. At the time of writing, it seems that the attack may have been more substantial than past strikes on the embassy since the start of the conflict with Iran.
