Following an Iranian cyberattack against global medical-equipment firm Stryker, U.S. officials have told the Wall Street Journal that the U.S. should expect more disruptive cyber attacks from Iran or cyber threat-actors backed by Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS).

The Israel Defense Force (IDF) said that they began “limited and targeted ground operations” against Lebanese Hezbollah (LH) positions today in Southern Lebanon. The IDF states that operations will include dismantling terrorist infrastructure, creating an “additional layer of security for residents of northern Israel,” and the elimination of any LH elements operating in the area.

The Head of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) has posted an update for Day 16 of Operation Epic Fury from Admiral Brad Cooper. More than 6,000 combat flights have been completed in support of the operation, striking thousands of targets across Iran, including missile and drone storage and manufacturing facilities operated by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent told CNBC on Monday that the upcoming meeting between President Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping, which is scheduled for later this month, may be delayed due to logistics amid the Iran War. Though he stated a delay was possible, Bessent denied that it could result from statement made yesterday by Trump to the Financial Times, in wish he stated he may delay his meeting with Xi if China refused to help unblock the Strait of Hormuz.

The UAE Ministry of Defense announces that the country’s air defense systems have intercepted six ballistic missiles and 21 one-way attack drones launched so far today by Iran. In total since the start of Operation Epic Fury, the Emirati Armed Forces have intercepted 304 ballistic missiles, 15 cruise missiles, and 1,627 drones launched by Iran.

According to Stars & Stripes, a third sailor assigned to the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78) was injured in last week's fire aboard the ship that started within the laundry spaces and is in stable condition after being transported from the ship to a hospital to receive further medical care. The other two sailors have since returned to duty.

During an interview Sunday with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), the UAE’s Minister for International Cooperation Reem Al-Hashimy said that the United Arab Emirates is “doubling down” on its agreements with the United States following continued attacks by Iran.

“Our relationship with the U.S. is a longstanding strategic partnership. It’s a partnership that doesn’t falter in moments of crisis, but has been built on decades of trust and mutual respect,” Al-Hashimy said, adding that “this doesn’t deter us, because we’re also a resilient bunch, and we don’t take to being bullied around, either.”

Al-Hashimy described Iran’s attacks over the last two weeks as “almost unhinged” and said it will not change the “dynamics” of Abu Dhabi’s agreements with the U.S. and Israel. “If anything, we are doubling down on our friends. We are further cementing the strong ties that bind us.”

Strikes against Iranian surface-to-air missile launchers and other military assets shown in footage published earlier by U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM, stating, “Thousands of Iranian military targets have been struck by U.S. forces to neutralize threats posed by the Iranian regime now and into the future.”

The Saudi Ministry of Defense reports the interception and destruction of 8 one-way attack drones launched by Iran.

Speaking during a luncheon this morning for the Board of the Kennedy Center, President Trump says that he knew Iran was going to use the Strait of Hormuz as a “weapon,” while also stating that he predicted 9/11.

“I knew about the Strait - that it would be a weapon - which I predicted a long time ago, I predicted all of this stuff. You guys were very generous in that I predicted all of it. I predicted Osama bin Laden would knock out the World Trade Center. I made that prediction a year before he did it. I said, you better get him. He's a bad guy. I watched him be interviewed one time and I said, that's a bad guy. You better get him. One year before exactly, I wrote it in a book. You can even check about a year before the World Trade Center came down. President Clinton actually had a shot at him and he didn't take it. Unfortunately, I'm not blaming him for that, but he didn't take it. And he ended up knocking down the World Trade Center. But I predicted that too. I predicted a lot of things.”

According to a post from President Donald J. Trump on TruthSocial, White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles has been diagnosed with early stage breast cancer. Per the President, her current prognosis is “excellent.”

President Trump: “Over the years they've gotten used to the fact that it's being bombed. But they explained to me that it's really a different section of Lebanon. It's a section where Hezbollah is. And they get used to it, I guess. I don't know. I mean, people live in Ukraine. You would think they wouldn't live in Ukraine, but they live in Ukraine. I don't know that I'd do that, but they live in Ukraine. They live in Lebanon. Hezbollah is a big problem, and they're rapidly being eliminated.”

Speaking to reporters earlier in the Oval Office, U.S. President Donald J. Trump said that talks are ongoing with the Cuban Government and that he believes he will have the honor of “taking Cuba” in the future, stating:

“I think Cuba, I don't know, in its own way, if you know, tourism and everything else, it's a beautiful island, great weather. They're not in a hurricane zone, which is nice for a change, you know. They won't be asking us for money for hurricanes every week. But I think Cuba's seeing the end. You know, all my life I've been hearing about the United States and Cuba. When will the United States do it? I do believe I'll have the honor of taking Cuba. That'd be good. That's a big honor. Taking Cuba. In some form, yeah. Taking Cuba. I mean, whether I free it, take it, I think I can do anything I want with it. You want to know the truth? They're a very weakened nation right now. They were for a long time. Very violent, very violent leaders.”

As U.S. and Cuban officials negotiate over the future of the Communist-ruled and economically besieged Caribbean island nation, the Trump Administration is seeking to push President Miguel Díaz-Canel from power in Havana. In a move that, similar to recent actions in Venezuela, would topple a key figurehead but leave in place the Communist repressive government that has ruled Cuba since 1959. The Americans have signaled to Cuban negotiators that President Díaz-Canel must go, but are leaving the next steps up to the Cubans, four people familiar with the talks have told The New York Times.

After President Trump claimed to reporters twice today that he had recently spoken to a former president who praised his actions in Iran, saying: “I wish I did what you did.” Aides to all four living presidents, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama and Joe Biden, have issued statements to CNN, saying there is no record of any communications between them and President Trump.
