U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) has issued a statement warning civilians in Iran to immediately avoid all port facilities where Iranian naval forces are operating. Iranian dockworkers, administrative personnel, and commercial vessel crews are told to avoid Iranian naval vessels and military equipment, stating that port facilities lose protected status and become legitimate military targets under international law if used for military purposes by the Iranian Navy and Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy (IRGCN).

Norwegian Police announced Wednesday that they had apprehended three suspects for their involvement in Sunday’s bombing at the U.S. Embassy in Oslo, which caused damage to the entrance of the embassy’s consular section but no injuries. The suspects, three brothers in their 20s from Iraq, were not previously known to police and have not yet been questioned, with an investigation ongoing to determine if the brothers have links to any terror groups or if the attack was related to the ongoing conflict with Iran.

According to CBS, the Iranian drone strike that killed 6 U.S. soldiers in Kuwait seriously injured more U.S. servicemembers than was previously reported. According to the report, the Iranian strike, which took place in the initial round of reciprocal strikes between the U.S., Israel, and Iran, left soldiers with a myriad of injuries, including brain trauma, shrapnel wounds, and burns. Per the report, more than 30 servicemembers remain in hospitals with battle injuries from the strike. One at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, 12 at Walter Reed Medical Center in suburban Washington, D.C., and about 25 at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany.

While speaking to reporters earlier outside the White House, when asked about cooperation with Spain, who the Trump Administration had a previous row over use of Spanish bases to strike Iran, President Trump said, “they’ve been very bad…we may cut off trade with Spain.”

The Israel Defense Force has released footage of strikes today on IRGC command-and-control (C2) nodes in Tehran, and additional areas of Iran. The IDF also struck C2 centers belonging to the IRGC Air Force, a compound within the IRGC’s central military university, and ballistic missile storage and launch sites. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has issued a warning to law enforcement agencies in California stating that they have recent intelligence that indicates “Iran allegedly aspired to conduct a surprise attack using unmanned aerial vehicles from an unidentified vessel off the coast of the United States, specifically against unspecified targets in California, in the event that the U.S. conducted strikes against Iran,” according to reporting from ABC News.
