Multiple plane spotters filmed and photographed a KC-135 Stratotanker and several other aircraft supporting a test refueling flight by a B-21 Raider today over Eastern California. The flight lasted roughly five hours, as testing accelerates for the B-21, with the next-generation long-range stealth strategic bomber expected to enter service next year with the U.S. Air Force.

The UK Office of Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) is reporting an attack on a container vessel in the Persian Gulf, roughly 25NM northwest of Ras Al-Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates. According to the Washington Post, citing an internal U.S. alert viewed by the Post, a one-way attack drone impacted the U.S. Baghdad Diplomatic Support Center in Baghdad, Iraq, today. The support center, a logistical hub for U.S. diplomats in close proximity to Iraqi bases and Baghdad Airport, was targeted by Iranian-backed militias in what an unnamed security official called retaliation for the joint U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iran. 5 out of the 6 drones launched by militias were shot down, with one hitting the facility. At the time of writing, no injuries have been reported.

Satellite imagery from Vantor has now confirmed earlier reports of an “aircraft massacre” at Khatami Air Base (8th Tactical Air Base), located northeast of Isfahan, Iran, following strikes against the base this past week by the Israeli Air Force. According to imagery, both before and after, roughly a dozen aircraft with Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force were targeted and destroyed, including several F-14 Tomcats and other fighter/strike aircraft, in addition to a number of hardened aircraft shelters that were penetrated and destroyed using “Bunker Busters” by Israel and/or the United States.

Norwegian Police announced Wednesday that they had apprehended three suspects for their involvement in Sunday’s bombing at the U.S. Embassy in Oslo, which caused damage to the entrance of the embassy’s consular section but no injuries. The suspects, three brothers in their 20s from Iraq, were not previously known to police and have not yet been questioned, with an investigation ongoing to determine if the brothers have links to any terror groups or if the attack was related to the ongoing conflict with Iran.
