Newly released video shows the moment that a BGM-109 Tomahawk Land Cruise Attack Missile (TLAM) fired by the U.S. Navy struck a facility operated by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in the Southern Iranian city of Minab on February 28, 2026. In the video, smoke can be seen rising on the right side of the screen from several other buildings that had previously been struck, one of those being the Shajareh Tayyebeh Girls’ Primary School, where upwards of 175 children were killed in what appears to have been a U.S. missile strike on the first day of Operation Epic Fury.

The Turkish Ministry of National Defense has announced that NATO air and missile defense assets in the Eastern Mediterranean, likely an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer with the U.S. Navy, intercepted an Iranian ballistic missile this morning over Turkey, with debris from the intercept falling onto an open area in Gaziantep.

As oil prices surge to levels not seen since 2022, the meeting of G7 finance ministers has reportedly agreed to, for now, not release their respective countries’ oil reserves today, per a G7 official, with ministers reportedly choosing to defer said decision to their respective leaders. According to Reuters, citing two sources close to the matter, Saudi oil giant Aramco has reduced output at two of its oil fields, amidst ongoing Iranian drone and ballistic missile strikes on oil and gas infrastructure in Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region. This follows similar actions from Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates, who have all seen their oil and gas infrastructure targeted by Iran since the start of the conflict in the Middle East.
