The Israeli Air Force is currently carrying out an “extensive” wave of airstrikes against Iranian regime targets in Tehran.

The Israeli Air Force has attacked the “Assembly of Experts” in Qom, Iran as they were gathering to choose the new Supreme Leader. The council is comprised of 88 religious leaders from around Iran who choose the Ayatollah.

The building housing Iran’s Assembly of Experts in Qom has been entirely destroyed by several strikes from Israeli Air Force, with a senior Israeli official stating that the target was a meeting of the Iranian Supreme Council where government and religious leaders were gathering to choose a New Supreme Leader. “Israel struck while they were counting the votes for the appointment of the Supreme Leader,” the official told @TreyYingst with Fox News.

France has deployed Dassault Rafale fighter jets over the United Arab Emirates to protect its naval and air bases against Iranian attacks, with one base already having been targeted by a drone, French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot announced Tuesday.

U.S. President Donald J. Trump is open to supporting groups in Iran willing to take up arms to dislodge the Islamic Regime, including Kurdish factions in Northwestern Iran, U.S. officials told the Wall Street Journal, an idea that could turn Iranian factions into ground forces at least rhetorically backed by Washington.

Amidst ongoing strikes on British military personnel and infrastructure in Cyprus, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer has said that the Type 45 destroyer, HMS Dragon, will be deployed to the Middle East.

First confirmation by CENTCOM that B-52s have been used in strikes on Iran.

Reporter: “Mr. President, did Israel force your hand to launch these strikes against Iran?”

President Trump: “No. No, I might have forced their hand. You see, we were having negotiations with these lunatics, and it was my opinion that they were going to attack first. They were going to attack. If we didn't do it, they were going to attack first. I felt strongly about that. great negotiators, great people, people that do this very successfully and have done it all their lives very successfully. And based on the way the negotiation was going, I think they were going to attack first. And I didn't want that to happen. So, if anything, I might have forced Israel’s hand. But Israel was ready and we were ready. And we've had a very, very powerful impact because virtually everything they have has been knocked out now.”

U.S. President Donald J. Trump states that he has ordered all further dealings and trade be “cut off” with Spain, after they refused to allow their airbases and other military facilities be used to support Operation Epic Fury, the ongoing strike campaign against Iran.

“Spain actually said that we can't use their bases. And that's all right. We don't want to do it. We could use their base if we want. We could just fly in and use it. Nobody is going to tell us not to use it. But we don't have to. But they were unfriendly.”

Speaking about his decision to strike Iran and how the war has so far affected oil prices, President Trump told reporters that he expects oil prices will drop once the conflict ends with Iran.

“I'll tell you what, I have never had more compliments on something I did. So, if we have a little high oil prices for a little while, but as soon as this ends, those prices are going to drop, I believe, lower than even before.”

Responding to reports from several outlets that the Pentagon’s stocks of interceptor missiles and other munitions are beginning to run low in the ongoing conflict with Iran, President Trump stated: “We have unlimited middle and upper ammunition.”

Asked about a previous statement he had made, in which he said that all the Iranian officials in the regime that he and the administration had in mind to lead Iran after the elimination of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei are now dead, President Trump stated:

“Most of the people we had in mind are dead. So, you know, we had some in mind from that group that is dead. And now we have another group. They may be dead also, based on reports. So I guess you have a third wave coming in. Pretty sure we're not going to know anybody. But we have - I mean, Venezuela was so incredible because we did the attack and we kept government totally intact. And we have Delcy, who's been very good.”
