U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) has announced that a Jamaran-class corvette with the Iranian Navy was struck by U.S. Forces yesterday at the Port of Chabahar, located on the Gulf of Oman near the border with Pakistan, at the start of Operation Epic Fury. CENTCOM states that the ship is currently sinking to the bottom of the Gulf of Oman, calling on all members of Iran’s Armed Forces, Police, and Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) to “lay down your weapons.”

Three U.S. Servicemembers have been killed in action and five have been seriously wounded so far during Operation Epic Fury, according to a statement by U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM).

These casualties are likely the result of Iranian ballistic missile and one-way attack drone strikes on bases in Bahrain, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates, with some bases suffering much more serious damage than had been previously announced by CENTCOM.

According to Fox News, the B-2s dropped dozens of 2,000lb bombs on underground ballistic missile sites in Iran at the beginning stages of Operation Epic Fury.

Saudi Arabia’s de facto leader Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, for the first time, has authorized the Royal Saudi Armed Forces to strike back against Iran if necessary, calling attempted attacks by Iran against the east of the country and Riyadh “cowardly,” and stating that Iran knows that Saudi Airspace was not used for strikes against it by Israel or the United States, according to CNN.

It's moving along rapidly. This has been this way for 47 years.” Adding that, “It's moving along rapidly. Nobody can believe the success we're having, 48 leaders are gone in one shot. And it's moving along rapidly.”
