Trump states that he learned about the alleged attack - which has been outright denied by Ukraine - from Putin and that it made him “very angry,” randomly adding that he stopped the delivery of Tomahawks to Ukraine, nearly verbatim from the statement by Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov.
