The Los Angeles Fire Department has issued a shelter-in-place order for a 20-square-mile area near the Port of Los Angeles, due to “potentially hazardous air conditions” as a result of the ongoing fire onboard the Panamanian-flagged bulk cargo vessel, One Henry Hudson.
