Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman spoke earlier with Qatari Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, condemning the Israeli attack today against the Qatari capital of Doha, which it called a “criminal act and a flagrant violation of international law.” The Saudi Foreign Ministry added, “We place all our capabilities at Qatar's disposal and support Qatar in any measures it takes to protect its security.”

The Prime Minister and the Defense Minister believed that the action was completely justified in light of the fact that this Hamas leadership was the one who initiated and organized the October 7 massacre, and has not stopped launching murderous actions against the State of Israel and its citizens since then, including taking responsibility for the murder of our citizens in yesterday's attack in Jerusalem.”

Senior U.S. officials have told Axios, the Trump Administration only notified by Israel about today’s strike operation against Hamas leadership in the Qatari capital of Doha once the missiles were already in the air — leaving them no opportunity to weigh in.
