CNN is now reporting that 6 B-2A “Spirit” Long-Range Stealth Bombers with the U.S. Air Force dropped a total of 12, not 6, GBU-57A/B MOP (Massive Ordnance Penetrator) 30,000lb “Bunker Buster” Bombs on the Fordow Nuclear Facility in Central Iran. In addition, U.S. Navy submarines fired 30 BGM-109 “Tomahawk” Land-Attack Cruise Missiles (TLAMs) at two other sites, Natanz and Isfahan, and a B-2 dropped two more GBU-57 “Bunker Busters” on Natanz, a U.S. official said.

Israeli airspace and all airports have been closed once again, following tonight’s U.S. strikes against nuclear facilities in Iran.

The U.S. Air Force B-2A “Spirit” Long-Range Stealth Bombers that struck the Iranian nuclear sites early Sunday flew non-stop for about 37 hours from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri, refueling several times mid-air, a U.S. official told the New York Times.

U.S. President Trump in a post earlier on Truth Social: “ANY RETALIATION BY IRAN AGAINST THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WILL BE MET WITH FORCE FAR GREATER THAN WHAT WAS WITNESSED TONIGHT. THANK YOU! DONALD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.”

A senior Israeli official told Axios that if, following tonight’s American strikes against Iranian nuclear facilities, a good agreement is now able to be reached with Iran, it will be the “end of the story” for the Iranian nuclear program, adding that if a nuclear agreement is not reached and if Iran tries to restore its nuclear facilities, Israel will return and attack as it did against Iranian attempts to reestablish itself in Syria and Hezbollah's attempts to restore itself in Lebanon.

The first official response by the Iranian government to tonight’s U.S. strikes against nuclear sites inside Iran, in a statement by Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi:

“The United States, a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council, has committed a grave violation of the UN Charter, international law and the NPT by attacking Iran's peaceful nuclear installations.

The events this morning are outrageous and will have everlasting consequences. Each and every member of the UN must be alarmed over this extremely dangerous, lawless and criminal behavior.

In accordance with the UN Charter and its provisions allowing a legitimate response in self-defense, Iran reserves all options to defend its sovereignty, interest, and people.”
