According to Axios, an Israeli defense official said that the Iranian military General Staff, including the Iranian Chief of Staff and senior nuclear scientists were targeted in the Israeli strikes. “There is increasing likelihood that they were all eliminated”, the official said.

Search-and-rescue operations are underway across the Iranian capital of Tehran.

Secondary explosions observed at the site of an Israeli strike earlier in the Northwestern Iranian city of Piranshahr, near the border with Iraq.

Israeli Chief of General Staff, Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir following tonight’s strikes against Iran: “We launched the strike because the time had come, we reached the point of no return. We cannot wait for another time to act, we have no choice. Israel attacked at least six military bases around Tehran, including Parchin, and residential homes at two highly secure complexes for military commanders and multiple residential buildings around Tehran, in what appears to be targeted assassinations, according to four senior Iranian officials. -NYT

The Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Hossein Salami has been eliminated in tonight’s Israeli strikes against the Iranian capital of Tehran, according to state-run media in Iran.

Iranian officials report that at least four Iranian military and political leaders have been eliminated tonight by Israel.

The Headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in the Iranian capital of Tehran was reportedly hit with multiple missiles, causing the destruction of the entire building and several fires which are still raging, according to local sources in Tehran.

Former Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, Fereydoon Abbasi-Davani is confirmed to have been eliminated by tonight’s Israeli strikes on Tehran.

The Commander of the Khatam-al Anbiya Central Headquarters of the Iranian General Staff, Major General Gholam Ali Rashid is confirmed to have been eliminated in tonight strikes on Tehran.

Heavy strikes being reported now against and near the city of Tabriz in Northwestern Iran.

Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi, President of the Islamic Azad University in Tehran, was reportedly also killed by tonight’s Israeli strikes on Iran.

If reports are true, this appears to have been a near perfect decapitation strike by Israel against Iran’s Armed Forces and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). I don’t think they know what to do right now.

Israeli media reports that another wave of strikes is currently underway against targets in Iran.

An Israeli official told Fox News, “We are just getting started.”

An Iranian security source tells Reuters that Tehran plans a “strong response” to the ongoing attack by Israel.

Iranian state-run media reports outside of the Natanz Nuclear Facility in Central Iran, confirming that it was targeted in last night’s strikes by Israel.

Additional explosions are being reported now at the Natanz Nuclear Facility in Central Iran.

The Spokesman for the Iranian Armed Forces, General Shekarchi has said that Israel and the United States will “recieve a forceful slap” and Iran’s Armed Forces are prepared and would be retaliating in force soon with counterstrikes. He said “a retaliation attack is definite, God willingly.”
