Gavin and the mayor of Los Angeles get booed
The Bitcoin Strategy.
Last month TMTG announced they will be purchasing $2.44Bn worth of Bitcoin. I assume they are accumulating right now and I am expecting filings on the purchase(s) very soon. At the current share price, that would equate to roughly 50% of our market cap. Saylor's Strategy ($MSTR) also have bitcoin holdings that equate to roughly 60% of their market cap.
The similarities between what $DJT and $MSTR are doing are staggering. The recent S3 filing to raise $12Bn does not specifically mention Bitcoin, but mirrors the way $MSTR raises capital. And since $DJT will have a similar % of Bitcoin on their balance sheet, it seems glaringly obvious what the $12Bn could be used for.
$DJT's S3 filing specifies issuance of common stock, creation of a new preferred stock and debt securities. $MSTR has issued common stock via ATM offerings in the past. $MSTR have introduced multiple preferred stocks. $MSTR have issued debt instruments like convertible notes.
$MSTR have proven themselves, outperforming $NVDA since they adopted the Bitcoin strategy. Now it is time for $DJT to do the same. All this while scaling up Truth Social, Truth+ and Truth.Fi. And not to mention the ungodly amount of naked shorts like a spring coiled tightly ready to explode. The icing on the cake is that we have the Trump brand name.
