Drop 4414 - The famous EAM Loyalist drop.
Under Red 4 we see โMovement of Mil assetsโ, followed by โCPSD_Marineโ - which stands for โCamp Pendleton San Diegoโ. After that, it says โunder guise of riot controlโ.
Two lines below that, in the Red 6 section, we see โSEC OF DEF_instruct1โ
Tonight, Secretary Of Defense Pete Hegseth ordered Marines from Camp Pendleton to be deployed to assist with riot control.
Just another coinkydink, I reckon. ๐

War room GETTR- BEN BERGQUAM: Some people we interviewed expressed that, "We would generally be sympathetic to their cause, but when you do things like this, you lose your support."
I don't know whose strategy this is, but it's driving more support for MAGA.

Nattokinase: The Natural Enzyme That Clears Your Arteries?
In a world where heart disease remains the leading cause of death, the search for safe, natural ways to protect our arteries is more important than ever.
A recent large-scale clinical study may have found a promising answer in an unlikely source: natto, a traditional Japanese fermented soybean dish. The star compound? Nattokinase (NK), a naturally occurring enzyme known for its blood-thinning and fibrin-dissolving properties.
This study analyzed over 1,000 participants with hyperlipidemia (high blood lipids) and/or atherosclerosis (plaque build-up in arteries). Researchers set out to examine whether taking nattokinase daily over the course of 12 months could improve heart health by lowering cholesterol and reducing arterial plaque.
Participants took a high dose of 10,800 fibrinolytic units (FU) per day, divided across three tablets, each containing 3,600 FU. Some participants were also observed using a lower dose (3,600 FU/day) for comparison.
The results were striking: after one year of supplementation, the group taking the high dose experienced significant improvements in their lipid profiles. Total cholesterol dropped by nearly 16%, LDL (โbadโ cholesterol) fell by over 18%, and triglycerides were reduced by 15.7%. In contrast, HDL (โgoodโ cholesterol) increased by 15.8%, a strong indicator of improved cardiovascular health.
Even more impressive was the effect on atherosclerosis progression. Participants saw a 20โ23% reduction in carotid intima-media thickness (CCA-IMT), a key marker for arterial stiffness and plaque buildup. Carotid plaque size itself was reduced by 35โ39%, showing that nattokinase didnโt just stop the progression of artery hardening, it actively reversed it in many cases.
The study also noted that higher doses were key. The low-dose group (3,600 FU/day) did not show meaningful improvements, highlighting the importance of the therapeutic threshold. In addition, certain groups saw even stronger benefits, particularly individuals who smoked, had higher BMI, consumed alcohol, or exercised regularly.
Interestingly, combining nattokinase with vitamin K2 or low-dose aspirin seemed to enhance the effects further, suggesting potential synergy with other heart-friendly interventions.
Safety was another highlight. Despite the high dose, no significant adverse effects were reported, making nattokinase a potentially powerful and well-tolerated natural therapy.
In conclusion, this study supports the idea that nattokinase, when taken consistently and at the right dose, could be a natural, effective way to manage cholesterol levels and even reverse early atherosclerosis. While more research is always valuable, the results here are promising, especially for those seeking alternatives or complements to traditional statin therapy.
