'False Claims Act' recoveries reached a historic $6.5 billion in '25 w/ over $5billion of that coming from qui tam suits, which are whistleblower cases where insiders file suit on behalf of the government and get a cut of any recovery if it succeeds. That early whistleblower pressure creates the initial documented trails that strengthen the whole pipeline, and is another way the drip turns to flood much in the same dynamic as the rush to make a deal for those intending to skirt criminal culpability do.

And when the momentum compounds through flips and linkages the greater crimes become visible through evidence NOT speculation, something that HAS to happen... it has to appear on first glance as airtight, and hold up as such.
