Pretty incredible, esp now that we actually know 100% without a doubt that he IS who he says he is. I did a deep dig to determine his legitimacy when he first came on the scene, because his acct wasn't verified, and well he was saying Q stuff, and how many times have we seen that in this movement and turned out to be bs. But after that dig i found his website whois domain info linked to his x acct to actually have Russian state connects, via financial institutions, the Russian bank & Gov accts, stuff that while it can be fudged, would take know how, and still some connections to accomplish, which of course an intelligence service could pull off rather easily, as could adept hackers. That said now that he has corresponded using that acct, w/ APL, & she has responded back, & they have both posted eachothers posts, & they've now also met in person, & cont to converse on x, he's 100% bonafide &..well.. ain't that just some interesting shit my friends 😎

McIver sought a dismissal of her case, claiming that the Trump administration is selectively and vindictively prosecuting her for allegedly assaulting agents while at an immigration facility in May, The Hill news outlet reported.

U.S. District Judge Jamel Semper, a Biden appointee, denied the dismissal that McIver requested. She has pleaded not guilty.

“Defendant has failed to offer clear evidence that the charges in this case had a discriminatory effect, thus her claims of selective enforcement and prosecution must fail,” Semper wrote.

The judge's ruling largely rejected McIver’s arguments that she is immune under the Constitution’s Speech and Debate Clause, which protects lawmakers for what they say or do as part of their legislative activities. Semper said that he would rule on the defense later for one of the three counts.

All of these things could not happen without the other happening prior to it, this is simply how it has to be to fix a century of treachery from an entrenched enemy hell bent on our destruction. It's painful & it's slow, especially if you've just started seeing all of this the past 10 years. I've seen it for 30, and although the pace for me is unbelievably fast, with everyday one more thing being accomplished that only 11 years ago, I NEVER thought would be, I still have to do a little zooming out to remember this, to remember that nothing like this has EVER happened in our history, but the second I do, I realize quickly how absolutely blessed we are to even be alive right now.
