Green eye whites can be seen in the pictures. They belong to the Dardian people and used to live in the area of Iran, Afghanistan and other middle eastern countries.
The Dardic people are Vedic people which have European origin. However, the Nuristani were forcibly and completely Islamized. The islamization process has been going on for centuries.
The previously described as green-eyed infidels have since almost disappeared in mixing with other races. Only now and then do their real ancestors shine through in their eyes.

Counter-manipulation
The idea of counter-manipulation is to pretend you don't realize they're trying to manipulate you, to start a counterplay, and to finish it with words or actions that put the manipulator to a losing position, thus showing who really controls the situation.
Counter-manipulation can also be reciprocal manipulation by the victim to teach the manipulator a lesson: "don't dig a hole for someone else, you'll get caught in it".

Alois Brunner - war criminal or someone who knew too much?
Alois Brunner was an Austrian SS officer who worked as Adolf Eichmann's assistant - most writing concerning him accuse him of all kinds of heinous things. After the war he is said to have served the Syrian government as advisor. Despite all assassination attempts they were unable to murder him. He lost an eye and several of his fingers to bombs. Some suspect Mossad, however it may also be necessarily to look closer to home, since both sides, "Communists" and "Democracies", have always been allies against Nationalists.
In Stasi meeting with the KGB, 30 November and 1 December 1964 held in Berlin, "Joint measures against the statute of limitations of war crimes:"
Section 5 stated:
"The Soviet services have information about a former assistant of [Adolf] Eichmann residing in Syria. He was supposed to be liquidated by the BND since he knows too much."
The BND [Bundesnachrichtendienst] was the foreign intelligence agency of the West German government.
