The first thing that caught my attention in the brochure is that It does not show any logo or credentials of the entity that has published it. In fact, beyond the language, there is nothing to tell us that this brochure was published in the UK.
Friendly reminder: Propaganda is found on *all* sides.

Jean Giraud was a French artist, cartoonist and writer who worked in the Franco-Belgian bandes dessinΓ©es tradition. Giraud garnered worldwide acclaim predominantly under the pseudonym Moebius and to a lesser extent Gir, which he used for the Blueberry series and his paintings. Moebius also contributed storyboards and concept designs to numerous science fiction and fantasy films, such as Alien, Tron, The Fifth Element and The Abyss.
