Shawn Timothy Nelson (August 21, 1959 – May 17, 1995) was an American veteran who stole an M60A3 Patton tank from a California Army National Guard armory in San Diego, California, and went on a rampage on May 17, 1995. He destroyed numerous cars, fire hydrants and an RV before being shot and killed by San Diego police officer Rick Piner.

Illusion of choice without choice
In order to manipulate people in management, use the "or" particle in commerce.
It offers a logical closure - giving a person a "non-existent" choice. For example, "do you want tea or coffee?"
The person may not be particularly thirsty at all, still will be forced to accept the "treat" whichever option he or she chooses.
Another example, "Will you pay with card or cash?"
