some extra info about featured king Harald:

Harald I "Bluetooth" was a king of Denmark in 958-986 AD, also adding Norway to his realm in 970. the king is known to be the first Christian king of Denmark, adopting new faith as a state one in ~965 AD, however, we should understand that conversion to Christianity was a long process as in other places. his nickname in Old Norse is "Blátǫnn", and in Danish "Blåtand". literally it translates in English as "Bluetooth" and according to the folk tradition, the king just really liked blueberries, and that's why his teeth were blue; however, "Blátǫnn" could also mean a bad tooth, which seems to be even more likely. however i just added both features xd unfortunately there are no surviving images of Harald Bluetooth, no coins or depictions survived or being found (the only interesting case i can mention, however, is found in 2014 "Curmsun Disc", influenced by Eastern Roman coins, but depicting not Harald's patron saint or himself, but cross ornament, which i depicted on a shield beyond him), so... i won't hide it, main inspiration was a concept art for him in Civilization V game lol. Harald had a wife of West Slavic origins, called Tove, who was a daughter of some Obotrites' warlords. it's not certain if Harald's successor Sweyn the Forkbeard is her son, but i admit that it's true in my story.
