2️⃣ Smarter Lot Calculation (Risk % Mode)
Lot size calculation has been rewritten for better accuracy, fully synced with your STOP_LOSS_USD setting.

- Fixed Lot mode → uses your STOP_LOSS_USD directly
- Risk % mode → SL auto-adjusts to RISK% × Equity every trade
