This shit was so good. Probably the first proper meal I've eaten in a week

Chicken, special beef rice, mixed veg medley, and coffee. Beef rice is normally 1/2lb 80:20 ground beef fried + 1 cup boiled rice, but I also threw in the deglazed juice & fat from cooking the chicken in with it (hence special)
