Need

I love my family but sometimes I fucking despise them. While I've been away at college they bought a rescue dog who previously "lived" at an illegal breeding operation. She was obviously abused and neglected by the fact that she would not let people come near, nor would she even sit down. Her ears are always perked up because she is always alert

Now I don't like a dog I have to wrangle to pet, but I can live with it. However, she is both not house broken and desperate for attention. We can't let her just be in the house at night because she'll piss somewhere, but because of that she'll start fucking screaming at 6 in the morning. Not to be let outside to pee, no, she wants to be out of her cage. This wouldn't be a problem if my bedroom wasn't on the first floor of the house

So now every time I come home I get waken up by this fucking dog at 6 in the morning, and if no one else wakes up before me, I get to listen to her screaming for 2-3 hours until someone else bothers to wake up

I general enjoy coming home and visiting, but this is another thing in a collection of many that makes me reconsider whether I actually do want to deal with the hassle of coming home

I mean, it kinda is. Most important stock trading is either fully automatic or mostly automatic with some human intervention here and there. Sure, not really the entire economy, but it has a pretty big impact. Look at the flash crash that happened because of HFT bots
