It looks like we have 1 Juror holding the line through hell or highwater, and that’s what the Defense is so pissed about.

The Jury Foreman tattled on the Juror, and said that he was being stubborn and wasn’t respecting the Judges instructions, and had his own interpretation of beyond a reasonable doubt.

The Defense got pissed that the Judge didn’t remove that Juror, the Prosecution was okay with it.

That means we’re probably 11-1, and our guy is holding out.

JUST IN - Judge officially declares mistrial in Lindsay Clancy trial, in the murders of her 3 young children, after defense's emergency stay is denied by the Massachusetts Supreme Court. The jury has been discharged.
