👋 Meet Artyom Kan, our Embedded Software Engineer! He recently completed his probationary period.

👍 Artyom finished QA School at DSR Corporation in August 2022. After a technical interview and an in-person meeting with the DSR Team, he joined DSR Tashkent as an intern. During this time, he studied the C language, data structures, and clean code under the mentorship of Timur Rakhmatullaev.

💬 — "Now, I'm proud to say that my probationary period has ended. During these three months working on a project at an international company, I gained new knowledge and real experience in a commercial project." — Artyom reflects on his journey.

🆕 DSR Corporation enabled Bhutan’s launch of a National Digital Wallet

ℹ️ In the global transition to Self-sovereign Identity (SSI) systems, the Kingdom of Bhutan (Bhutan) is a leader with the recent National Digital Identity (NDI) launch and implementation of a nationwide SSI framework.

👨‍💻 DSR supported the creation and integration of the Bhutan NDI, utilizing its years of expertise in SSI technologies and frameworks and engineering experience in software development, DevOps, testing and working with systems in production.

Our engineering team has played a pivotal role in assisting Bhutan with deploying the existing software and completing integrations.

👍 Bhutan has granted its citizens the fundamental right to privacy and control over their data with the recent passing of the NDI Act of 2023. Bhutan NDI is planning the addition of a digital wallet to facilitate secure digital signing, digital currency transactions, and verifiable credential storage and exchange.

🎓 DSR shares the expertise on SSI with Camerino University students!

Last week the “Online International Winter School on Blockchain Technology and Applications” was held at Camerino University. Alexander Shcherbakov, Decentralized Systems Business Unit Manager at DSR Coproration, gave a lecture on "Self-sovereign Identity Overview and Hyperledger Indy/Aries".

Bringing almost a decade of Hyperledger and higitalidentity technology expertise, Alex shared his knowledge on Hyperledger Aries and Hyperledger Indy frameworks with the school, as well as provide an overview of the Self-Sovereign Identity concept.

ℹ️ Self-Sovereign identity (SSI) is an approach to digital identity that gives individuals control over the information they use to prove who they are to websites, services, and applications across the web. ✔️ This was announced after the "IT Park 2024: Achievements and Vision" event, where the results of 2023 were presented. The event brought together foreign experts, representatives of the public sector, residents, and partners of IT Park.

📈 By the end of the year, the number of residents in IT Park reached 1,652, with services amounting to $1 billion. The words of Sherzod Shermatov, Minister of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, confirm that the export of ITES services in all regions increased and the total volume exceeded $344 million
