Heavenly Father,

Dear God,

When the pavement turns to dirt and a fork in the road offers it’s choices, help those lost find their way home.

Help those momentarily blinded to actually see. Assist them to avoid the traps set and awaken their ability to steer clear of the dead ends offered and built by the hand of the deceiver and fellow minions.

As the impending storm approaches and pounding rains are sure to wash out roads, the faithful will always know how to find You and Your welcoming arms. And when eventually faced with the decision of which way to turn, remind the lost that they will only ever find peace if they go the right way.

The path, going forward, is clear and well marked regardless of its current physical structure or soundness. Marching onward over any terrain, in any weather, albeit bloodied and war torn, we’re coming home.

We’re coming home to Your unconditional love, Your forgiving ways, and a future built on solid ground.
