[HDA: [OUR] LAST DAY TO APPLY FOR ATG - TERM 1, A.Y. 2025 - 2026]
Greetings, Lasallians!
Tomorrow, November 5, 2025 at 11:59 PM is the last day to file your ATG! The Office of the University Registrar reminds all students who may potentially complete their academic program by the end of Term 1, AY 25–26 to submit their Application to Graduate (ATG) before the deadline.
📄 Procedures and Schedules:
Undergraduate Studies: https://www.dlsu.edu.ph/wp-content/uploads/pdf/registrar/schedules/application-graduate-ug.pdf
📌 For Students with Minors:
As CHED has approved the University’s Minor Programs, students who have completed either a required or optional minor must accomplish the Declaration of Minor Title in the ATG Google Form so it can be evaluated and reflected in their records.
💸 For Refunds:
Graduating students with refunds for the current term must accomplish the refund form using their DLSU account. You may request for the refund using this form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdCtdDduh-CW2vkedgaVFMUb64p48KBHrGsTodhRSBGrnQVQA/viewform
